Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout and depend on your location and selected shipping method.
Any applicable customs duties, import taxes or additional fees for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer.

• European Union: 3–7 business days
• International: 7–14 business days

Order tracking

Delays and lost packages
MauiHair is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs inspections or circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order. MauiHair is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping costs may apply.
