Returns

You may return your order within 14 days after receiving it, provided that the conditions below are met.

Returned items must be:

• Unused and unopened

• In their original condition

• In their original packaging

Non-returnable items

For reasons of health protection and hygiene, the following items cannot be returned:

• Opened or used hair care and cosmetic products

• Products with a broken seal

Once opened, these products are non-returnable.

How to request a return

Return shipping

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service

• MauiHair is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments

Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will process your refund within 14 days.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original purchase.

Damaged or incorrect items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue. We will resolve this as quickly as possible.
